notes to self:
- slow down when we eat. we eat too fast & too much and then we feel sick afterwards. case in point: cheese last night. nobody should eat that much cheese. nobody. i don’t care if it was tallegio & brie. our body didn’t need or want that much – i don’t care what the mouth was saying – it doesn’t speak for the rest of us! (ok, well yes it does, but it shouldn’t when it comes to food)
- welcome back! that rock we were under for the last couple of weeks? yeah, glad we’re not there anymore. needed to be there – needed to deal with those issues – but glad we’re not there anymore. we missed us.
- now that we’re back – we need to focus on our health again. seriously, our physical being has gone to pot lately. eating crap, no movement, no connection – no wonder we had to crawl under a rock! (ok, well that’s not why we crawled under a rock, but damnit, we need motivation right now!!)
- oh, and that loving feeling we’re used to having? that nice heart open, sharing, giving, feeling connected to other people thing? SO glad to have that coming back. missed that.
