square one: liquid
when i first attempted to lose weight, i started recording what i ate. i didn’t give any value to it or judge it harshly, i just recorded it. after the recording was down, then i could make some obvious changes to my diet based on the blatant stuff i saw that i had been eating. once i made those changes – then it was time for weight watchers to kick in and give me some structure.
i’m back at square one right now. i need to get back to writing down what i eat. then the process can grow again and morph into what i need it to be. for me. for MY weightloss.
to recover from last night, i got up and had 2 (or 3) large cups of hot water with lemon juice and honey. and then proceeded to pee my brains out for hours.
sweetie made marmalade onion covered pork chops with wild grain rice and green beans. i ate one chop (thin), about a 1/2 cup of rice, and a serving of green beans.
a couple more glasses of hot water with lemon and honey…
walking around winn-dixie for groceries.
i drank an alpina finesse (skimmed oat drink) as a snack.
dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich – and a half. with tomatoes, on weight watcher’s bread.
then more hot lemon honey water.
